Although the car was built to be a driver, racking up 2,000 kilometres on its first summer, it has garnered the kind of attention reserved for show cars.  The Malibu was debuted to the public at the 2010 Winnipeg World of Wheels show, where it took the "Best in Class," "Best Entry," and the prestigious "Best in Show" awards. From there, Project Shadow was whisked away to the Car Craft Summer Nationals in St. Paul, Minnesota.  After driving well in both car show cruising and Twin Cities traffic all weekend, they brought the car home with trophies for "Best Paint" and "Top 10."

Where will Lorne and his amazing car go from here?  With 450 horsepower on tap, it will go wherever it wants-quickly.  

And with the Malibu's great looks, it is sure to be the centre of attention when it gets there.
